Henderson Park, a private real estate fund manager, the hotel, with its prime location, is one of the most desirable real estate investments in Paris, France. Henderson Park and Dubai Holding acquired Westin Paris – Vendome in a joint venture in 2018.
Dubai Holding, a diversified global investment firm with offices in 13 countries, announced Monday that it has acquired full ownership of the iconic Westin Paris – Vendome after acquiring Henderson Park’s interest in the property.
The acquisition of these core assets further strengthens Dubai Holding’s extensive portfolio of prime assets in key gateway locations.
It also supports the group’s long-term strategy of global expansion, which focuses on strengthening its presence in strategic destinations around the world, including North America, the Middle East, Europe and Asia.

The Westin Paris — Vendome will continue to operate in partnership with Marriott International Group under the The Westin brand and with the support of Sophos Hotel. Dubai Holding will shortly start considering plans for the future of the property after the Paris Olympics in 2024.
