Role Summary:

As a Real Estate Broker at Waynah Properties, you will be responsible for guiding our customers through the buying, selling, and renting processes in Dubai. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will uphold and exemplify the high standards of customer service that define our company. Your market expertise and dedication will help our customers achieve their real estate goals while reinforcing Waynah Properties’ reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with customers to understand their property needs and preferences.

• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

• Deliver top-notch customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

• Manage sales processes from initial inquiry to closing.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and new developments.

• Utilize our company CRM and 3rd party systems for efficient client management.

• Access and manage our comprehensive seller database and exclusive inventory.

• Coordinate property viewings and provide detailed information about properties.

• Collaborate with our highly skilled photographers to ensure high-quality content for portals and social media platforms.

• Participate in marketing campaigns for upcoming projects.

• Ensure optimal online presence with high-quality listings and targeted marketing.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales, previous Real Estate experience is a bonus.

• Strong negotiation abilities and results-driven mindset.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional demeanour and appearance.

• Self-motivated with a desire to succeed.
