Property Monitor confirmed the record-breaking price but did not identify the deal’s broker or the eventual buyer.The bulk of the residences in the 27-story tower listed for the Bulgari Lighthouse are four- and five-bedroom houses.
The tower’s three-story sky villa contains seven bedrooms, a private office, a family room, a gym, a spa, and a personal elevator. The beautiful exteriors, which were inspired by coral, offer vistas of both the Arabian Gulf and Dubai’s ever-evolving skyline.Mukesh Ambani’s purchase of a mansion on the Palm Jumeirah last year for $161 million (AED598 million) set the record for the most money ever paid for a property in Dubai.
